The Founder and Publisher of the Journal

The founder and publisher of the Journal “Problems of Particularly Dangerous Infections” is the Russian Research Anti-Plague Institute “Microbe”.
Institute “Microbe” has been conducting publishing activities since 1922.
Up to 1941, the Journal “Bulletin of Microbiology, Epidemiology, and Parasitology” was issued. Further on, thematic collections of scientific works from plague control institutions across the country were published.
The Journal “Problems of Particularly Dangerous Infections” has been in print since 1968.
Institute “Microbe” also issues guidelines, collective monographs, digests of normative-regulatory documents, and reference books.
